Overview
  • Brad advises businesses on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. He previously worked at the international professional services firm Deloitte LLP where he specialized in merger and acquisition transactions, including due diligence, transaction agreements, and tax structuring matters. At DLLP, Brad will serve as outside general counsel to companies of all sizes. He helps clients navigate business formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, succession planning, and commercial real estate transactions.

  • Brad has worked on numerous notable matters including a $22B public merger, a $5B private equity purchase of a utility company, and a $3B private equity investment and restructuring of a public beverage company.
  • Away from the office, Brad enjoys spending time on the golf course, playing ice hockey, and challenging friends to a game of chess.
