Gabriella D’Ambrosio

Associate

Overview

Gabriella D’Ambrosio focuses her practice on government investigations, employment matters, and business disputes. She leverages her experience as a former state prosecutor to provide pragmatic and effective counsel to clients facing difficult challenges.

Gabby has successfully handled a range of complex legal matters, including:

  • Government investigations involving enforcement and compliance issues, particularly in highly regulated industries. Gabby has considerable experience advising clients on responses to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and interview or deposition requests.
  • Employment Law: Advises clients on matters involving workplace investigations, employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and whistleblower matters. She provides guidance on internal investigations of alleged misconduct, assisting with the assessment of potential violations and recommending steps to mitigate risk and reputational damage.
  • Business Litigation: Represents private clients in disputes involving breach of contract, partnership disagreements, and fiduciary duties.

Gabby is an experienced trial attorney having already tried many jury cases during her career and receiving numerous trial advocacy recognitions. She views courtroom performance as a vocation and not simply a job. Her persuasive abilities before a jury bode well for her clients.

Outside of the office, Gabriella enjoys traveling to distant beaches and cooking.
