Matt advises clients on complex transactions including land use, permitting, regulatory, zoning, and commercial leasing matters. He has assisted clients in the acquisition and development of large-scale development projects, including apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, hotels, and resorts. Matt also previously worked in state government in Governor Charlie Baker’s Legal Office.
