She guides clients through all stages of development, from inception through permitting and government approvals, advising on issues including building code compliance and land title issues. Beyond the zoning and permitting process, Quinn represents clients in adversarial proceedings, related to real property and other matters. Focused on achieving client solutions, Quinn provides comprehensive representation from start to finish.

  • Real Property. Represented clients in various real property matters, including in-depth title research and representation before the Massachusetts Land Court.
  • Quinn is a New England native, having grown up on the seacoast of New Hampshire. She enjoys exploring Massachusetts state parks and cooking in her spare time.
