Blackstone’s Link Logistics and Saracen Properties have partnered with D’Ambrosio’s Economic Development team to remediate and redevelop an oil tank farm. This multi-million dollar redevelopment will feature the removal of the oil tanks and the cleanup of any hazardous materials. Two state of the art, technology-assisted warehouses totaling approximately 668,500 square feet are to be constructed on the 44-acre site.
Working with engineers, architects, environmental professionals and other consults, our team utilized their extensive experience to secure local and state approvals necessary for this complex project.
