Our Economic Development team represented Boston Harley Davidson, one of the nation’s leading Harley Davidson dealerships, in bringing a $14 million flagship dealership to the Boston area.
The property straddled the border of two cities, and the project required a comprehensive rezoning strategy involving both municipalities. This challenging dual-track rezoning included ordinance amendments and various special permits to complete the project within a tight closing time frame.
