Our Economic Development team was retained by Total Wine & More, the largest independent wine distributor in the United States, to represent them in their expansion into Massachusetts. The team led all legal aspects of development of one of the largest alcohol retail establishments in Metro Boston.
This project required the development and coordination of a comprehensive legal and business strategy to address multiple issues associated with business development, license transfer, facility venue, and state and local board permit approvals.
