Amazon recently partnered with our Economic Development team to redevelop an aging entertainment complex into a new distribution site. An agreement has been reached to purchase a National Amusement theater site to developer NorthBridge Partners Inc.
Amazon intends to lease the 72-acre site and construct a 102,000 square foot, last mile facility. This multimillion dollar development project is expected to add hundreds of new jobs to the region.
