We recently defended a federal case in which our client, a retired Massachusetts State Police Lieutenant, was sued for an allegedly improper search warrant execution. The plaintiff, a disbarred attorney, claimed that the improper warrant led to his conviction of 34 crimes. On our review and preparation of a motion to dismiss, The United States District of Massachusetts dismissed all claims against our client.
