Following a four-day trial in the Massachusetts Land Court, D’Ambrosio LLP attorneys secured a favorable verdict over the alleged “abandonment” of a client’s access easement. After hearing testimony from numerous witnesses and reviewing numerous evidentiary submissions, the Court found that the client had not abandoned the easement and further issued an injunction prohibiting the opposing party from interfering with our client’s ability to utilize the easement. The matter resulted in a complete win for our client.
