Representing a limited liability company and its principal investor, we brought successful claims for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty against a company shareholder for misappropriation of funds. After a seven-day trial, the Court returned a significant monetary judgment for the company, and expelled the offending shareholder from the company’s ownership.
